Return & Refund Policy
At EverAuraDesigns, we want you to love your wall art and products. All our products are made to order by Printful, which means each item is uniquely printed and shipped just for you.
Please read our policy carefully:
1. Returns:
Due to the made-to-order nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item.
2. Refunds:
Refunds are only available for damaged or defective products.
Once verified, we will replace your item free of charge or issue a refund for the product cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in case of Printful error.
3. Damaged or Lost Orders:
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist with Printful shipping claims to ensure you receive your product or a refund.

5. Custom Products:
Personalized or custom items cannot be refunded unless there is a defect in printing or material.
